If the product is found to be defective under normal use and proper care,
O'Neill will repair or replace the product at our sole discretion. The
decision to replace or repair a product is made by the O'Neill Warranty
Department after receipt of the defective product. At no time does the
O'Neill offer refunds. Defective product should be returned clean and dry,
postage prepaid. Please include a note with product description, product
defects, requested action, return address (be sure to include postal code,
especially for Canadian addresses), daytime phone number with area code,
customers name and a copy of the purchase receipt sent to the address below.
Suits without a copy of the purchase receipt will NOT BE COVERED UNDER

We do have size charts available below, however if you have never tried on a
O'Neill Hood before, we strongly urge you to call and speak with one of our
O'Neill wetsuit experts. When it comes to O'Neill Wetsuit Hoods, getting the
right size is extremely important and a quick phone call will save you both
time and money by avoiding a return.
Just got one for me and one for my wife. We windsurf in the Strait of Juan de Fuca, 50-55F water. Sailed last night in 25mph+ wind. The hood fit great, true to size. The neck is loose but that isn't an issue for us since it keeps the wind off the bare neck.

Sizes did not fit well, this customer
Initially purchased to size chart (L) and uncomfortable tight around face and jaw and back of skull, (L) neck was good fit (for 15.5 in nominal human) but needed to be about a couple of inches longer to not pull out of suit. Then purchase size XL and it fit face and head best but neck was disproportionately large/not contouring to neck and also would not tuck well into gear without folds. Materials and construction looked good. Sizing/fit was an issue and returned both. Thanks.

Keeps my head warm, wider neck than expected
Sized according to the size chart, and fits my head fine. It’s a shorter neck that is also a little wide, so sometimes it pops out and you get flushing around the neck.
