Warranty

Cleanline Surf will handle most warranty claims within 30 days of receipt. If you need to submit a warranty claim due to a manufacturer defect, you can submit an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) request through our return portal using the following steps:

  • Select the return reason "Item is damaged or defective".
  • Provide pictures of the damaged/defective area(s): both close up and from afar.
  • Add comments you feel are necessary to describe the issue and how it happened in better detail.
  • If approved, send the item back using the provided pre-paid shipping label.

Once submitted, your request will be reviewed by our Warranty team. If your claim is approved, you will be provided with a FREE pre-paid return label to ship the item back to us. Defective products must be returned clean and dry. Depending on the item and our stock levels, we can offer a product exchange, refund or store credit.

A warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear.
