I just wanted to let you know in reference to my order. I was so pleasantly surprised at the customer service. When the package arrived my wife opened it (It was a gift for our son for his birthday) and she opened it and said "Oh my gosh, it is a handwritten note and some candy" In this age of terrible customer service and everyone is just a number on Amazon, received a product so quickly and with all the personal touches that actually lets you know that a real person not a "robot" mailed a package, made us decide that if we ever need anything surf related again we will 100 percent order from you again.
