The Album Surf Moonstone Surfboard is a more dynamic version of a mid-length that comes from a stretched fish platform. Has the feeling of a fish, but with increased hold and the ability to handle good waves from a narrower outline. It planes right off the bat while taking any momentum from the wave and turning it into instant speed. Has enough foam and paddle to make smaller conditions fun, but really comes to life when given a faster wave. Surprisingly maneuverable with quick release and more whip off the tail, rather than flat projection. Sizing ranges based on how much board you want, but generally ridden with more length and less width.

Additional Info
Concept
A board that offers exceptional paddle power, easy speed, and a fishy feel, enabling it to handle larger waves surprisingly well while remaining maneuverable. With the freedom of a twin-fin, and the perfect blend of mid-length paddle and fish-like flow, this board delivers a combination of performance and versatility.
Forms
Applying these concepts to new designs has allowed the Moonstone to take on different forms, each of which offering a new feeling.
Bottom Contour
Mellow single concave under the front foot, transitioning to a slight double through the fins and accentuated vee off the tail. The concave under the front foot creates lift, while the slight double in the fins helps the board roll rail to rail and accentuated vee creates release off the back foot.
Rocker Profile
Stretched fish rocker, making it flatter under the chest but also giving it more entry and exit rocker. The extra entry and exit rocker allow the board to be ridden in steeper surf and maintain performance.
Deck Profile
Foam packed under the chest, easing into a modern rail and carried forward to a beak nose. Strong paddler that easily gets up to speed while continuing momentum and flow throughout the wave.
