Product Info

Matt Calvani and Dean Petty (Nova Scotia, Canada) developed the Bing Bueno Life Surfboard model with East and West coast log-riding in mind. The board is ideal for point surf and tapered peelers. The Bueno is ultra responsive in the turn department, provides great lift and stability when on the nose, goes great off the bottom and trims with the best of em'. With a pronounced nose concave and a wide moon tail, the board drives quickly off the bottom allowing you to set up your nose rides quickly in the pocket. It holds really well once the rail is set, sticking and lifting just enough to keep you in that sweet spot. The Bueno offers up the perfect balance between loggy and loose.

Surfboard Damage
This board has visible cosmetic scuffs and some very minor damage along corner rail. This ding is water tight. Just cracked under the outer glass. The corner edge of the tail also has a ding. See photos for further detail.

Product Construction

Polyurethane/Polyester Resin
Building a board in PU means using a Polyurethane foam blank and glassing it with polyester (PE) resin . This is how the majority of today’s surfboards are built. It is not a new way to make a board, but the materials are very stable, strong, consistent, and easy to work with. Many surfers prefer the feel of PU boards because that is what they have ridden all their lives, and because they feel really good.
