Damage caused by anything other than defects in materials or
workmanship.
Use in commercial, rental, teaching or instructional programs or
activities.
Damage caused by extended or excessive exposure to sunlight, improper
handling or storage, or failure to follow instruction provided with this
product.
This product when classified as being 2nd hand or it is being sold as a
2nd (it is being sold as a product with existing defects).
Normal wear and tear, including scratches and fading.
Wetsuits repaired by other repair service.

USING THE WARRANTY

Send it back to Rip Curl by certified mail, along with proof of purchase
(receipt or invoice). Your wetsuit will be returned to you as soon as

Good, but not warm enough!
I had a previous iteration of this suit at 5.5/4 mm and it was warm through winter (about 45 degrees in Washington); never got cold. This new version has thinner lining and they shaved off 0.5 mm from the body. It's very flexible and lighter and fits exceptionally well (M 5'10" 145 lbs) all of which is welcome but it's not as warm. If the sets are spaced out I'm getting chilled and shivering after 90 minutes in mid forties water. I gotta think the reduction in thickness caused this. I see the other reviewers say it's warm. Not sure what to say- I am pretty skinny, but again the previous version worked fine.

Great wetsuit, crummy zipper
I've had 3 of these wetsuits now and they're super warm. They've improved the durability too. But, the zipper always fails, which Rip Curl will replace under warranty for 1 year, but that takes many weeks before getting the suit back. If you're out of warranty, it's not free.

Overall really good
Great wetsuit overall. Only weakness I think back of knees should be more flexible pretty stiff there. Has kept me warm in 39 degree F water with 20 degree air temp. With this thickness I like having the chest zip, but I prefer no zip on anything thinner. Have had great luck with Rip Curl, waiting for them to offer a more environmentally friendly option soon I hope.

Zipper?
the zipper design seems flawed. it is hard to zip and feels counter-intuitive. super warm. I'll give them that.
