Damage caused by extended or excessive exposure to sunlight, improper
handling or storage, or failure to follow instruction provided with this
product.
This product when classified as being 2nd hand or it is being sold as a
2nd (it is being sold as a product with existing defects).
Normal wear and tear, including scratches and fading.
Wetsuits repaired by other repair service.

USING THE WARRANTY

Send it back to Rip Curl by certified mail, along with proof of purchase
(receipt or invoice). Your wetsuit will be returned to you as soon as
possible free of charge (if covered under warranty).

I live on the Central Coast, CA, where the water is around 54 degrees F during the winter. The gloves allow me to stay in the water longer, and the 2mm is plenty thick. Anything thicker would be cumbersome. They make paddling harder because there's more friction and weight, so the tradeoff of warmer hands is a harder paddle out in our challenging beach breaks. But longer time in the water is worth it.
I also bought the same pair in the Youth version for my 9-year-old son and he loves them. I worked with Cleanline over chat to choose the best size. Their team is amazing and got the sizing perfect.
